How To Be More Attractive and Confident.

To be attractive and confident, you don’t necessarily need to be good-looking. It is all about your energy and using that energy to your advantage so you can draw people and success to you. In this article, I will teach you how to do this.

To begin with, how you perceive yourself is the most important step to becoming confident and a radiant beam of light that people are drawn to. You attract who you are. Whatever you give energy and thought to will become your reality, because the universe will respond to the energy and thoughts you are giving out and give you more of that exact situation or feeling. If you constantly believe yourself to not be good enough for what you desire, then you will never, ever receive anything you want. And I’m not saying this happens overnight. This is a continuous process that will never end, because of course there will be days you don’t feel your best, but what you must do is ACT your best. Fake it till you make it. Some situations of course, it is okay to feel upset for a while, unhappy or disappointed, but always make sure you don’t allow these low vibe emotions to take control over your whole life. In every situation, there is a lesson to be learned and hard situations are given to us on purpose to help us on our growth journey. So instead of believing that you aren’t good enough or good-looking enough or whatever negative feeling you have, become aware of it and reinforce your mind with positive thoughts and affirmations everyday so you can direct your energy into becoming the best version of yourself. Journal, meditate, listen to affirmations, say them out loud with feeling. Believe in yourself and the universe will gift you with endless abundance.

As well as this, physical attraction of course plays a small role in attracting what you desire, but your self-love and self-confidence is what is ultimately going to gift you with the unbelievable ability to attract anyone and anything you want. Anybody can be physically attractive if they truly tried. If you are going to the gym regularly or simply moving your body a bit everyday, nourishing your body with nutritious foods, prioritising sleep and much more, it is impossible not to look good. Remember, there is a cause for everything. If you have acne for example, which is completely normal, but many people feel very insecure about this, research what foods help with it, if there are any probiotics you can take, etc. Don’t just accept that you have it, but then continue to feel insecure about it and eat unhealthy foods, or use too much products. Invest time into yourself and take care of yourself to become the best you can be. Experiment with new hairstyles, try out a new makeup look if you wear it, change your clothing style to what feels most authentic to you. This is not only a great way to become more attractive and confident, it is also a lot of fun to experiment!

Many people don’t have confidence, but it’s because they can’t find anything to be confident about. Evaluate yourself - do you have talents or are you good at something? If not, could you learn something that you’re interested in? If you are unproductive, unmotivated and unenthusiastic about things, then yes, where would you get that confidence from? If you are constantly trying to better yourself and learn new skills, make new friends and improve your life, that’s a whole lot of power! Try out a new fitness or dance class, create your own business, do a course you’re interested in, learn how to do pushups, draw, ANYTHING! The list goes on. Once you do more things, take care of yourself and work on your self-confidence through visualisation, journaling, affirmations etc., you WILL become more attractive and confident much sooner than you think.
