Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone!

The comfort zone will always be comfortable. That’s why it’s called the comfort zone. But through staying in comfortable and familiar positions, nothing will ever change. In order to learn and grow and become more attractive, you need to do things that feel uncomfortable to you until they feel comfortable. Anything that is done over and over, will eventually become second nature.

Remember, no matter how embarrassed or incapable you may feel, believe me when I say that these feelings will soon disappear if you continue to do the things that challenge you and put you in uncomfortable situations. For example, if you really want a big group of like-minded friends, but it’s just not happening for you, think to yourself : Am I doing the right things to attract this group of friends that I want? Am I going to the right places? Am I making the effort to talk to different people? If you spend the majority of time in your room or not making any effort to go out and interact with people, even though it’s scary and feels unnatural to you, how are you ever going to find the big group of friends that you want? It may also take time. You may get nervous when talking to a person, you may say the wrong thing, and this is completely okay. After a while, you will find that it’s not so scary after all, because you’ve done it a hundred times already. And then, what you want will come to you in divine timing. And this applies with anything.

Getting out of your comfort zone signals to the universe that you feel the fear, but will do it anyway. This sends out the message that you believe you are capable and worthy of attracting what you want. You are not afraid because you know that once you think and act as your highest self or your desired future self would, that everything will come to you in unlimited abundance. Who cares if you embarrass yourself or make a mistake? How else are we meant to learn and grow? We don’t just have every skill come naturally to us, we have to learn. And doing this, is what makes us confident and powerful.

Once you begin to step out of your comfort zone, you will begin to realize that many things are not so scary after all. In fact, things start to become more exciting when they seem like a challenge to us. It’s a test for yourself - ‘ok, let’s see how I can achieve this now!’ Also keep in mind that none of us want regrets. Imagine looking back on your life and thinking that you missed out on something because you were afraid, even though it doesn’t seem so scary now. And it’s never too late. No matter what age you are, what circumstance you are in, your whole life is constantly a growth journey. It never ends. You can always do and learn new things and achieve the things that you desire. Every morning you wake up, you need to think to yourself : “If I was 90 years old right now looking back over my life, what would I wish I had done today, right this moment?” Then you will see life through a different lens, and do things that will bring you much joy, even if they seem unfamiliar at first.
