You Attract Who You Are, Not What You Want!
Every single one of us want something. And when we get what we want, we want something else. It’s human nature. But many of us keep on wanting things that we are not even ready for yet. If you want to own your own business for example, have you even thought about whether or not you have the attributes, qualities and traits of a business owner yet? Do you have the social skills and confidence needed to introduce and sell your business idea to different people? Do you have discipline for the days when you’ll feel like giving up or for when you feel lazy or unproductive? This is what you have to think about when you are trying to attract what you want. BE everything you want to attract and it will flow to you.
Attracting what you want is all about the inner work first. if you want to attract a loving partner for example, but you don’t believe that you are capable of having a good relationship or don’t believe there’s a perfect person for you out there, I’d recommend working on your self-belief and confidence first. If you believe these things about yourself, you are giving the universe the message that you are not actually ready for a relationship because you don’t love yourself first. so the universe doesn’t give you what you want because it knows that you cannot love anyone without loving yourself. If you want to attract confident people to you, BE CONFIDENT. Or, if you are not naturally confident, surround yourself with confident people and you will become confident. It works both ways.
Another example is if you want positivity in your life, but you are a negative person, you will never attract positivity to you. And you may be thinking, well obviously! But how many of us actually stick to this simple, yet at the same time, difficult rule? But wanting positivity is definitely the first step. If you are positive, positivity will be attracted to you. Like attracts like. It’s the law of attraction. Whatever you put out, you’ll receive. if you’re in an argument and say something nasty, 99% of the time the other person will say something nasty back. Let me say it again, whatever you put out, you’ll receive. If you always wanted to be an actor/actress, but believe you “don’t have it in you” or “don’t have the confidence”, you’ll never get anywhere. Learn how to be confident, go to acting classes, go to auditions (even if the first few turn out not the way you wanted them to), and trust me, you will be 10 steps closer to actually becoming an actor/actress as opposed to the person who stayed in their comfort zone and felt “scared”.
